Is Grand Hyatt Bali all-inclusive?
Not by default - but Grand Hyatt Bali offers an optional all-inclusive F&B package as an add-on.
The package covers all 4 restaurants and 3 bars on the property and around 90% of the menu. Rates are $72 USD / $100 AUD per adult per night and $42 USD / $60 AUD per child aged 2 to 12. You can add it at the time of booking or at check-in.
What the Package Covers
The all-inclusive F&B package gives you access to all four restaurants and three bars on the property, and it covers roughly 90% of every menu. The main exclusions are premium wines and a small number of premium food items like wagyu beef, which are still charged a la carte. Outside of those, food and drinks across the resort are included - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
The Rates
The package is priced per person per night. Adults are $72 USD / $100 AUD, and kids aged 2 to 12 are $42 USD / $60 AUD. Anyone 13 or older is charged at the adult rate. For a family of two adults and two kids in that age bracket, that works out to around $230 USD per day. You can add the F&B package when you book your room, or you can add it at check-in once you arrive. There is no requirement to commit at booking - so if you are not sure whether it is worth it for your trip, you can wait, see the restaurant menus, and make the call on day one.
Is It Grand Hyatt Bali All-Inclusive Worth It?
For a family of four, the package works out to roughly $230 USD per day. For comparison, a single meal inside the resort for a family of four with drinks typically runs $100-150 USD. So the package pays for itself quickly if you plan to eat most of your meals at the resort and you are drinkers - the cocktails, beers, and house wines add up fast. It is less of a deal if you are not big drinkers, if you tend to skip lunch after a big breakfast, or if you plan to leave the resort to explore Nusa Dua and the rest of Bali for most of your dinners (if this is the case, booking Prive rates makes much more sense).
