How to Get Four Seasons Preferred Partner Benefits Booking Directly with Four Seasons

Four Seasons Preferred Partner is a program that adds complimentary benefits to your reservation at no extra cost. The rate you pay is the same as booking direct. The benefits simply get layered on top. FSPP bookings are, by extension, direct bookings. Which is why Four Seasons allow agencies do add benefits to existing direct bookings.


What You Get

Every Four Seasons Preferred Partner reservation includes:

  • Complimentary daily breakfast for two (at restaurant or in-room)
  • Room upgrade upon arrival (subject to availability)
  • $100 USD property credit ($200 for suites/villas)
  • Priority early check-in and late checkout (subject to availability)
  • VIP welcome amenities

These benefits are provided by Four Seasons and funded by Four Seasons. There is no markup on your rate and no fee from us.


How to Get the Benefits

1. Book directly with Four Seasons. Use fourseasons.com, the app, or call the hotel. Choose your dates, room type, and rate as you normally would. Apply any promotional rate or offer you've found.

2. Forward your confirmation email to [email protected]. Just forward the confirmation from the same email address that received it.

3. We attach Preferred Partner benefits to your reservation. We contact the hotel and link our agency to your existing booking. This tells Four Seasons that an authorized Preferred Partner agency is associated with the reservation, which triggers the benefits. Nothing else changes: same dates, same rate, same room type, same cancellation policy.

4. You receive an updated confirmation. We'll send you a revised confirmation with the Preferred Partner benefits listed.

The whole process takes less than 24 hours.


Nothing About Your Booking Changes

Linking our agency to your reservation does one thing: it activates the Preferred Partner benefits. Everything else stays exactly as you booked it:

  • Your rate doesn't change
  • Your room type doesn't change
  • Your cancellation policy doesn't change
  • You still manage the reservation through your own Four Seasons account

We don't get access to your Four Seasons account. We can't log in, see your payment details, or make changes to your reservation. The hotel handles the update on their end based on the confirmation you forwarded. This works for any reservation booked directly with Four Seasons, even if you booked months ago.
