Rosewood's 2026 sale isn't on Black Friday. It's called Rosewood Beyond, and this year it runs from November 3 to November 10, more than two weeks earlier.
It's 30% off the Best Available Rate at participating hotels for stays through June 30, 2027, plus a benefit from each hotel. You can't book it on rosewoodhotels.com or with the hotel, only through Rosewood Elite advisors. What You Get in the Rosewood Sale
- 30% off the Best Available Rate. Three nights in a $1,000 room drops from $3,000 to $2,100 before tax.
- A benefit from the hotel. Usually resort credit. It varies by hotel, and it's often worth more than the standard Elite credit.
- Rosewood Elite benefits on top. Daily breakfast for up to two guests per bedroom, an upgrade when available, a $100 hotel credit per stay, priority early check-in and late checkout, and a welcome amenity.
What's Excluded From the Rosewood Sale
Houses, penthouses, villas and apartments are excluded at every hotel. These six hotels aren't taking part at all:
- Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin
- Rosewood Calistoga
- The Chancery Rosewood, London
- Rosewood Cape Kidnappers
- Rosewood Kauri Cliffs
- Rosewood Matakauri
So no New Zealand this year. Each hotel also sets its own blackout dates. Christmas and New Year will be the hardest to get, so if that's your trip, ask about those dates first.
Where I'd Use the Rosewood Sale
- November to March. Rosewood Phuket in the dry season, or a Caribbean winter at Little Dix Bay, Le Guanahani or Baha Mar.
- March to May. Rosewood Miyakojima in Okinawa, or spring in Paris at Hotel de Crillon, Vienna or Madrid.
- June. Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany, before the July and August crowds.
- Any time. Two or three nights at Rosewood Hong Kong or The Carlyle in New York, where the breakfast and credits add up fast.

How to Book the Rosewood Sale
- Send us your hotel and dates before November 3. Sale rooms are limited, and it gives us time to check blackout dates.
- We book it as soon as the sale opens, after confirming the rate and benefits with you.
- Check the cancellation terms. Deposit and cancellation rules vary by hotel. We'll spell them out in your quote.
There's no fee for booking through us. Get your request in by November 9 at the latest.
Rosewood Black Friday Sale FAQ
Is there a Rosewood Black Friday sale in 2026? Not as such. Rosewood Beyond (November 3 to 10) is the sale, and Rosewood hasn't announced a separate Black Friday or Cyber Monday offer. I wouldn't wait for one.
Can I book the sale directly with Rosewood? No. It's only available through Rosewood Elite advisors, so you won't find the rate on Rosewood's website or from the hotel.
Can I book a villa on the sale? No. Houses, penthouses, villas and apartments are excluded.
Are all Rosewood hotels included? No. Six aren't, including all three in New Zealand.
Do I still get Elite benefits on the sale rate? Yes, on top of the discount and the hotel benefit.
